Reflection Morning

On the last Tuesday of the month from February to November a small group of women in Sydney have been meeting to spend time in contemplation and reflection on various topics related to our spiritual development.  This year, 2026 we decided to invite members of the group to suggest short readings for our reflection. We have had such a wonderful range of readings from many authors including: Ilia Delio, Thomas Halik, Richard Rohr, Julian of Norwich, Paul Porteous, Barry Neil Kaufman, Charles Foster, Robert van Mourik and the late Pope Francis.  Many topics related to our spiritual growth have been explored and much wisdom has resulted in our discussion. The topics include: happiness, spirituality, our relationship with God, the joy of the risen Christ, contemplation and daily living, the ongoing conflict between Israel and Gaza, God is love and Jesus as a pilgrim.
