(Sydney) Reflecting on the Spiritual Journey – Condensed Program Session 1
October 6, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
During his visit to Sydney in 2016, Ron Rolheiser recommended a book called "The Grace in Dying: How We Are Transformed Spiritually as We Die" by Kathleen Dowling Singh. She sees a clear correlation between the inner journey of the dying process and the spiritual journey to which she believes we are all called.
"It is a book of great comfort and hope that not only explains the spiritual journey in contemporary language but compellingly invites us to awaken what is within us" ~ Patricia Gemmell
In session #1 we will examine:
- What dying teaches us about the spiritual journey
- The psychospiritual stages of dying - from chaos to transcendence
For more information or to register your interest, please contact Tricia Gemmell at firstname.lastname@example.org; or The Grail Centre (9955 3053). The Grail Centre is well served by public transport (bus and train) and 2-hour parking is available in McHatton Street from 9:30 am.
A donation to cover the cost of refreshments and the use of the facility would be greatly appreciated.
